Victoria McAlman

​Victoria McAlman is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and completed her bachelor’s degree at Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University in Elementary Education. She also earned her master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Austin Peay State University. She began her career five years ago in fourth grade as an English language arts teacher in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School District. Her most recent role is a third grade English language arts teacher and Multi-Classroom Leader. She has the opportunity to instruct students and assist in the growth of other educators to encourage and achieve student success. Victoria strives to be a lifelong learner and is very passionate about educational equity and addressing reading disparities amongst students.
