Andrea Shamwell

​Andrea Shamwell is a graduate of Northern Virginia
Montessori Institute. She received her primary
certification for 3-6. She is trained in Positive Discipline
and is a member of the American Montessori Society.
Andrea, spent 3 years in South Africa teaching ELL at
the American international school of Johannesburg. One
of her favorite parts of Montessori is working with the
“Whole Child” and being present as they discover the joy
and freedom that Montessori brings to them.
