Anastasia ParrishMy career started with Metro Nashville Public Schools where I taught for 10 years. I then transitioned to Rutherford County Schools and I now currently serve as a Special Education Math Intervention and Inclusion teacher at LaVergne High School. I’ve been teaching for 13 years in various positions at all levels: Elementary, Middle, and High and I’ve also coached and taught Reading Recovery. I received my undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University and went on to graduate with my master's, Ed.S., and Ed.D at Tennessee State. I’m excited about my son going into his senior year of high school where he is participating in Dual Enrollment with MTSU with goals of being an attorney.
