Dr. Moniqueca Navarre

Dr. Moniqueca N. Navarre is an educator of 16 years. She has a
special heart for working with students in inner-city schools. Dr.
Navarre received a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in English
from Tennessee State University. She continued her pursuit to
become an educator National-Louis University in Chicago, Ill
where she received a Master of Arts in Teaching with a focus in
Special Education. She later received her school administrator
license and Doctoral degree from the University of Tennessee,
Knoxville. Dr. Navarre continues to work towards closing the
disparities present in schools that serve students in high-needs
schools.
