CoachED Up: Charter School Leadership Program
Tennessee Educators of Color Alliance recognizes the existence of licensure programs for teachers and principals. Our CoachED Up fellowship is designed to lift the veil of school leadership, and help teachers of color understand the jump from teacher to leader.
We will recruit up to 12 effective, solutions-driven teachers of color from across Nashville charter schools who are interested in taking the next step into school leadership.
We recommend that applications allow 45 minutes to an hour to complete the application and includes three short essays. There will not be an option to save your progress.
Please complete the application in its entirety using complete sentences, proper grammar, and professional language. Applications are due by Friday, November 22, 2024, at 11:59 PM CT.
By fully completing the form, and if admitted to the program, you are in agreement that you will be able to attend the sessions outlined and complete all assigned tasks. Successful program completion qualifies participants for a $1,200 stipend.
